DNS records are basically the translation of your domain name to the IP address of where the domain name hosting hotel is located:
- MX records designate where your mail hosting hotel is located.
- A-records designate where your website hosting hotel is located.
- Skymotor provides a default setting that is unchanged to suit most needs.
If you need to set DNS records at Skymotor, you do so by:
- Logging into your control panel as explained in your 'New Account Information' email
- Select Zone Editor, from where you can set your DNS records
- Details can be found here https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/dns-functions/dns-zone-manager/86/
If you need to set DNS records with a 3rd party DNS provider, you can do so by:
- Logging into self-service. Get your instructions from the provider's documentation or by contacting support
- In the list of DNS records you can set your DNS records
