You transfer your domain name to Skymotor by:

1. Go to https://skymotor.dk
2. Enter the domain name and click transfer
3. Enter your AUTH / EPP code, which you will find as described below:
   .DK domains ( all .dk domains )
   Other domains ( all other domains )

When you transfer your domain name to Skymotor, we automatically pay for your domain name ownership.

.DK domains

1. You get your AUTH / EPP code from DK Hostmaster under self-service https://selvbetjening.dk-hostmaster.dk/
2. Select Manage Your Domain and then Reseller Management
3. Under Authorization Code generate a new AUTH / EPP code

Other domains

DanDomain

1. Start a chat with DanDomain from within the DanDomain Customer Center
2. Request a AUTH / EPP for the desired domain

1. Enter your domain here
2. Select Change of Registrar (Transfer Away)
3. Confirm this by pressing Request Open For Transfer Away on the next page
4. You will receive an email with the AUTH / EPP code

One.com

Log in to the One.com administration portal

1. Choose the support language, depending on what you are most comfortable with
2. Your autoresponder can solve the problem for you
   English support, type: 'transfer domain away from One'
   English support: 'Request EPP code' or 'transfer domain away from One'
3. Then follow the automatic instructions provided by the robot
4. You will receive an email with the AUTH / EPP code

The email address at One is out of date, so I do not have access. What do I do?

Please note that if you do not have access to the registered email address, you will need to fill out a form and send to One's customer support along with identification. The whole process can take some time, and unfortunately Skymotor can not assist you with this in addition to the instructions we have put together below.

1. Fill out the form below from One electronic . Then print it, sign with a pen, stamp, scan in, and send to One per. email

2. Make sure you want to update domain information . Also check that you do not want a 60-day lock / lock period on the domain (otherwise you can not transfer the domain to Skymotor afterwards for 60 days)
   Scan the form and send to One's support attached with it requested documentation
3. At some point, you will receive a confirmation email from One that you need to click to complete the transfer
4. Now you need to order the AUTH / EPP code for the domain according to the normal instructions above.

Simply.com

1. Contact Simply's Support to request AUTH / EPP code
2. You will receive an email with the AUTH / EPP code

Speednames / Ascio / MegaNameServers

1. Log in to the administration portal at speednames.com
2. Press Domain Manager
3. Tap the domain you want to transfer to Skymotor
4. If Domain Lock , then uncheck
5. Press Transfer Out
6. You will receive an email with the AUTH / EPP code

I do not have access to the email address. What do I do?

1. If you do not have access to the email address registered to the domain, then see here.
2. Instead of Transfer Out , then press Contacts
3. Change the contact details with the Edit
4. Make sure you deselect 60-day lock if prompted.
5. Speednames often bind your domain for 60 days after changing contact information, so you can not transfer the domain to Skymotor during that period. If you have access to the old email address, we recommend that you wait to update your domain's contact information. First transfer the domain to Skymotor and then change the contact information on the domain.

 Other Providers

1. Contact your provider's support if it is not possible to make an electronic request for AUTH / EPP code through your provider's self-service
2. Follow the instructions to receive your AUTH / EPP code
