Setting up mail on your mobile phone or computer Print

Before you can start using mail, under your customer account you must create the corresponding mail user account, as explained here

Then you can:

1. Read and write email at https://webmail.skymotor.dk by entering your email address and your chosen password.
   
   
2. Set up mail on iPhone by:
   
   1. Open webmail on your phone: https: //webmail.skymotor.dk
   2. Enter your email address and corresponding password
   3. Select the menu item 'Webmail Home'
   4. Click menu item 'Configure Mail Client'
   5. Choose out for iOS installation of 'IMAP over SSL/TLS' or 'IMAP'
   6. Now open the phone settings and complete the installation itself from here.
   
   

3. Set up mail on Android by:
   
   1. Add mail account
   2. Select Exchange as account type
   3. Enter full email address in lower case
   4. Enter password
   5. Select ActiveSync server mail.skymotor.dk
   6. Select port 2091
   7. Select SSL/TLS
   8. Do not enter certificate, domain or username - this information is usually filled in automatically from the above.

   Depending on the Android version, the order may vary and you may need to select advanced settings to enter all information. Detailed description can be found here

4. Set up the mail client on any computer or mobile phone by;
   
   1. Open webmail from your computer or mobile phone: https: //webmail.skymotor.dk
   2. Enter your email address and corresponding password
   3. Select the menu item 'Webmail Home'
   4. Click menu item 'Configure Mail Client'
   5. Select the automatic setting applicable to your mail client, otherwise use the access information displayed in your mail client
